I WAS BORN IN 1981 IN NEO FALIRO, THE YOUNGEST MEMBER OF A FAMILY OF FIVE. FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER, I HAVE LOVED THE SEA, LITERATURE AND THE THEATER; WHEREAS I HAVE ALWAYS PURSUED ACTIVITIES WITH A FOCUS ON TEAMWORK AND SYNERGY.
In 2004, when my brother Giannis opened his first hair salon and asked me to oversee the customer service, I had already completed my studies in French Language and Literature, taught at a foreign language school and worked as a store manager in several cafes. Giannis’ proposition was one of the most important events for my career and my life in general because it gave me the opportunity to work next to my beloved big brother, my guide and mentor for life, and introduced me to the wonderful world of male grooming.
In an environment where the absolute priority was the wellbeing of our customers, I found my true calling. So, I decided to undertake further training in SMEs and human resource management. In the years that followed, Giannis and I developed a personalized management model tailored to the requirements of a niche beauty and personal care services business and based on the adoption of innovation in the services, salon operations, and procedures.

In 2012, Giannis opened DON Barber & Groom, so I took over the management of the hair salon in Neo Faliro, applying a three-shops-in-a-shop concept. At the same time, I started working as a consultant to the DON team, aiming to establish a highly creative and motivating environment with a reputation for delivering a superlative shopping and wellness experience.
I feel great that I am today, personally and professionally, exactly where I always wanted to be. Practicing what I love next to a very special person, my brother.
